Eddie Scruggs, a Licensed Broker/Owner in the Shelby & DeSoto area, is known for his 22+ years of real estate expertise and exceptional negotiation skills. Donna is also an accomplished decorator with many clients, and has won the Vesta Home Show Best Decorated Model and Best of Show. Donna is married to Eddie Scruggs and they have two children, Noel and Devin.
